The tech & tools powering
Ownify.
Built by a team of real estate operators, mortgage veterans, and AI engineers — now available to forward-thinking companies like yours.
From the inside out.
We started Ownify with a mission to turn renters into owners, helping first-time homebuyers in an increasingly tough market. Our fractional ownership structure is helping first-time buyers lower the cost of ownership by 10-15% (learn more at Ownify).
Today, we're running Ownify — an integrated real estate brokerage, investment fund, and mortgage broker, all powered by AI. The AI technology we're building is driven by the day-to-day experience we have buying and financing homes for our customers.
And now, we're making the technology available to forward-thinking real estate companies — whether you're a broker, loan officer, mortgage company, or real estate investor.
Check out the "bricks" we're using to build our own business.
