Ownify creates a more affordable path by partnering savvy homebuyers with community capital
Personalized Plan
We build a personalized plan to ownership for you, leveraging the best building blocks (mortgage, down payment assistance, Ownify's fractional ownership program).
Cash purchase
Ownify buys your target home with a cash offer and lower brokerage fees, usually saving you 4-5% upfront. We then fractionalize the home into 10,000 bona-fide shares or "bricks". You contribute 2% to the initial purchase.
Equity transfer
Ownify's investors contribute the remaining 98% of the capital required to close, as a co-investment, not a mortgage. Over time, you buy "bricks" from the investors, building up to ~10% over 5 years.
Buy out remaining bricks
At the end of the 5-yr term, you buy the remaining bricks from Ownify at Fair Market Value, usually with a mortgage.
